Update PRL?

How do I update the PRL on my SprintPCS phone? VZW encouraged
customers to do an update every few months; I can't find anything
about it at Sprint. Does it happen automagically?

You can contact Cust Care @ *2 and request a PRL upgrade. They can
flag your phone number as needing the update; you wait 10 minutes and
call back and the system should update the PRL on that next phone
call. Or you can take the phone to a Sprint Nextel retail store and
have the PRL upgrade done there.
