Default Use Sprint Phone on Verizon

Is there a way to activate a sprint Motorazr v9m on verizon?

I would suggest using the phone on Sprint. You can set it to roaming only
mode if you want to use verizon.

That makes sense. I believe that it is currently possible to use a Verizon
phone on Sprint. I have heard about this on sprintusers.com. You should ask
the question over there. Good luck.

I have read others say they have got sprint phones to work on verizon. And I
think the Motorazr v9m can also, but I need to fine how it can be done. I'll
look in sprintusers.com and see if I can fine any thing about it.
Thanks

Maybe this is a little too simplistic, but ummm, have you thought
about calling verizon and asking?
The Sprint v9m will have to be unlocked of course, meaning you will
need the MSL from Sprint, unless
you already have this, or got the phone from someone that did have it
active on their Sprint account, this
may prove to be problematic as Sprint will not give you the code
unless it has been active on an accout
and the authorized user of that account calls in for the code. Also
the phone has to not have been reported
as lost or stolen.

The phone has never been active on a account, as I have been told.

Ok, I called verizon. and they tried to activate the phone and it would not, because
it's not one of the phones it will activate on there system for now they said. Maybe
at some later date. But there are sprint phones that you can use on verizon, Just go
to there web site or call cs and activate the phone on a verizon account. All that
is needed is the ESN.

That's supposed to be changing, just as it is at Verizon. Don't know
what the timeframe is.

I know someone that called Verizon about activating my old Sprint Moto Q
and they said they couldn't do it. They didn't even ask for the ESN or
anything, they just said no. I do have the MSL code for that phone as
well.

Actually, it is not changing. The news release from Sprint on the subject
was Quite vague, and when pressed for an answer they have not indicated any
desire to allow competitors' phones on the network.

Have them try on verizon web site. Log on to there site. go to activate
phone, add esn. Also try calling verizon CS again because some CS people
don't know what they are talking about. All I hear is that verizon only
activates phone that there network will support is what I heard
