any updates on... "caller id WITH NAME"?

On my standard, "dumb", t-mobile cell phones, when
a call comes in I only get the phone number.

(If it's someone that I've pre-defined, then I'll
get that name. But that's only for phone numbers
I've manually entered).

I just got a note from someone who says he saw
something about TM sending "name" across as well,
but he didnt have any further info.

Anyone else hear about this? Thanks

Yes. It's called "Name ID" and it's listed under Services on the T-Mo web
site. I don't think it's available on all phones, but there's a link there to
find out if your phone is capable. It's $3.99 a month.
