Blocking MMS from one number: possible?

One T-Mobile CustSvce rep claims T-Mobile is *unable* to institute
inbound blocking for MMS messages sent to my handset from one specific
cellular number -- the "best" they can offer in this regard is
blocking *all* inbound MMS messages to my handset.

Isn't that claim pure hogwash? Certainly it would be, if the
..../EmailFilters.aspx page on My.T-Mobile.com were working again
(but that's been serving up 500 errors since June a year ago!).

Who knows if T-Mobile's systems allow it? Rogers does allow SMS+MMS
blocking on a per-sender-number basis (although the two can only be
blocked together, you can't block just one from a particular number)
