Default faster internet.

Hmm I am downloading something now to my phone and I see I actually
only reach my low speed so not the full speed I should get since I pay more
for it, BUT, the data IS counted as if it was downloaded with the high
speed.
I have a 2Gb limit after that it reverts to lowspeed.
But since I only get the low speed speeds now, it shouldn`t actually be
subtracted
from my 2Gb limit? Ah well, life aint fair.
