My Touch 3G with Google

I've just got an email from T-Mobile offering the subject phone for
pre-sale, starting on July 8. From its brief description it looks like
an iPhone knock-off. Would this be the the updated G1 phone?

That sounds like the second HTC Android phone... Already out in Canada.

Yes, it's T-Mo's second Android handset.
