Default Samsung-Microsoft licensing deal

One more reason not to buy Windows phone:

When the 800-pound gorilla MS can't compete, it intimidates with patent
suits till it gets paid "protection money" through licensing deals.

Possibly input from Samsung and HTC will make the Windows software
usable. I'm still trying to figure out why Windows Phone 7 is so much
worse then WinMobile but I'm sure someone knows?????

NOTE: The old WinMobile had a usable email client, something Android
could use! I really didn't hate it, I just liked Android and
BlackBerry OS better.

Then came Windows Phone 7 and now I hate it! ;-)
