T-Mobile "My touch" application's name or link

I have a T-Mobile My touch (HTC Glacier) it has an application
labeled Clock. It opens as "Desk Clock" which show the time at the
top, weather temp and icon in the middle. Bottom options are World Clocks,
Alarms, Stopwatch and Timer.

Anybody know the name (link) of this application?
I have a tablet (android) that I've tried to find it for with no luck.

I'm quite sure it's part of HTC Sense, is a proprietary app installed by
the manufacturer, and is not available on Google Play. My MT4G/Glacier
had it, and my current phone, an HTC One S, has it too.
