Default T-mobile no coverage in my area

Hello,
I was wondering for a long time I have complaint to t-mobile for bad
coverage in my area. Well they finally said,"In 120 days we are going to
place some more towers in your area." I was wondering is this all talk or do
they really do something and if so who can I contact to follow up on this.
Thanks

When I had problems, I reported them and things were fixed within a few
months.

I live very close to a major SoCal freeway, and only had fair coverage,
so I figured they had a lot of incentive to improve coverage in my
neighborhood. Your mileage, as they say, may vary.

They told me something similar. I was unable to wait because I was on
a 14 day trial but I did check by going to my city's website and
searching for building permits (can't build a tower w/o a permit!) and
found there was a permit issued to T-Mobile for tower construction in
my area. You might check there to start.
