Default Throttling

I totally appreciate the fact that after 5gb, I get throttled because
the alternative is paying for overages.

However, I'd like the *choice* of either getting throttled or paying for
more full-speed data.

Thoughts?

The choice is to take a bigger plan. I believe T-Mo also offers 10GB for
$50 but that's their largest.
