Default UMA phones that can handle a splash screen?

The standard UMA capable phones, which can route calls
over a wireless internet connection ("wifi"), work fine
with an "open" base, and can also handle a site that
requires a simple password to connect.

However, they won't work with an access point that
gives you a "splash screen" before login. These typically
say something like "welcom to the acme coffee shop. Please
click here to accept our internet rules, and we'll then
let you actually connect".

Do any of the newer or "smarter" phones manage to handle them?

Thanks.

You can do it with a reasonably modern BlackBerry, if you find a device
and carrier that support UMA and use the wifi hotspot browser to walk
through the authentication.

It's a pain but it works.

Interestingly, my new Skype Wi-Fi phone (IPEVO S0-20) also is not
supposed to be able to connect through networks with Web interface and
the phone even displays it after I try to connect to such. However,
several times I noticed that despite of that, I found myself connected
after acknowledging that warning message (OK button.) I can't figure out
how that could happen, but I am not complainin'. ;-)
