Default Another great reason to get rid of Alltel...

http://www.dslreports.com/shownews/V...y-Alltel-95006

"Alltel is planning on upgrading to LTE (theoretically capable of speeds up
to 100Mbps with latency as low as 20ms) and, like Verizon, the switch will
mean a migration from CDMA to GSM."

If I had a competitor potentially offering its customers UNLIMITED LTE
broadband over any ol' tethered BT/USB or aircard without my shitty
restrictions to 5GB/mo....I'd sure try to buy them out if I could.

Wouldn't you?

So, it's going to take for Verizon Wireless to change over to the GSM
technology?

Not everyone spends all their waking hours slurping down binaries.
