Anyone know where I can download the program called QPST (to changephone settings)

There is a program called QPST that people have been using to modify
the firmware on their phones. Does anyone know where you can download
it?

You can get a torrent at

modding forums have a copy if you register with them.

BTW, why would you want this? IOW, why not Motorola Software Update?
I personally have found MSU to be much easier to work with.
