Default Back Up Assistant is Fixed

I got a phone call today from a very polite young man who Identified
himself as the techie in charge of fixing the backup assistant glitch.

He advised me that it had been fixed two days ago but was calling to
make sure I could bet into BA via my computer. When I couldn't he told
me to use my VZW "My Account" password that I had given the tech-dude
when the ticket was written. That worked.

The fix took less than a week from when they had written the ticket.

They didn't have to call me, but they did.

males....(c;

Just a suggestion, but when I call I am always polite. Maybe it's the
honey vs. vinegar thing?
