Default Which is the BEST Verizon plan for Small Business or Family {require5 phones}

Hi there
I have been on the site and get boggled with tmi.

SO I am hoping someone else has done their homework and is aware of the
best plan. No I am not lazy just unsure of the best route.

We require lots of minutes [unlimited probably] 5 phones
and the phones are required in 2 different states 4 phones in one and 1
in another. < not sure that makes a difference?

Please advise
Thank You So Much
Jan

If you need a ton of minutes, just get 5 unlimited plans at $99.00/month
each.

Depends on what you mean by a "ton" Like stated below, 99 for
unlimited minutes (495.00 a month)

or, largest fam share plan is 6000 minutes for 199.00 + 4*9.99 =
$239.95

you could also mix and match. For example:

dad uses for calls here and there (900 minutes)
mom only calls famly members to see where everyone is (100 min)
daughter is off to school and so will be using some as well (900 min)
son mostly downloads games, calls some (300 minutes)
daughter 2 is in highschool and phone is attached to her ear (???)

This situation, I would put D2 on her own unlim plan, and the others
(who used 2200min above) on a 3000 min fsp.

fsp (4 lines) = 129.97
unlim 1 line = 99.99
total cost = $229.96

This is less than either plan above.

Same thing if for buisness. how much will each person use?

Do they all have phones now so you know about what the usage is? That
will make a differance. Remember, Verizon will rework the first bill
if you need to go to a higher plan. you just need to ask them (and
speak to a supervisor if the rep refuses to do it.) they will offer
you percentages and bonus minutes first, but they they will (or are
suppose to) rework the bill for you if it is the first bill.

If you want to post how many minutes you think each line is going to
use, I can do a price plan analysis for you.

How price sensitive are you?

The best price for unlimited minutes on Verizon's network would be
getting five unlimited accounts at PagePlus. It's $2.49 per day, per
phone for unlimited (around $75 per month, though actually since you can
buy PagePlus cards at less than face value it works out to a bit under
$70 per month). It's on Verizon's network, but off-network roaming isn't
included nor can you use the phone in Canada or any other CDMA
countries. If the cities the phones will be used in are cities with
native Verizon coverage (most cities) than you'll be fine as far as not
roaming. No contracts are required. There are no extra taxes or fees.
$350 on PagePlus versus $625 on Verizon. No free phones on PagePlus, you
have to supply your own Verizon network compatible phones.

Of course this may be a lot of hassle for a business to save only $275
per month versus getting five unlimited plans, on a single bill, on
Verizon itself (around $125 per line after taxes and fees) plus phones
are not included with PagePlus, you'd need to get phones that work on
Verizon on your own (you can buy Verizon prepaid phones and activate
them on PagePlus, at least you used to be able to--I'd try doing one
before buying five, and getting it from a store that allows returns, and
getting a phone where you can see the ESN from outside the package so
you can try activating it prior to opening it).
