No, it doesn't yet. But here's what's said to be Verizon's press release

I called two Verizon stores nearby and they don't have them nor know when
they're expected in, but nor did they act as if they didn't know what I was
talking about. So I'd guess you'll start seeing them soon.
My disappointment is that the Curve does not appear to be wi-fi enabled, one
of the rumored features of many months ago. But it will have a camera,
something I've learned to appreciate in the BB Pearl I'm currently using
(and which I really like, btw - however, I can benefit by the larger screen
and full qwerty keyboard of the Curve - though I'm not sure I want to give
up the smaller size).
