I agree with the other posts. I had a blackberry went with a Q and just
sent the Q back for a blackberry. Reasons, better battery life by far,
easier to use, must delete emails one by one on Q can delete en mass on
the blackberry, can't immediately download attachements on Q can on the
BB. Q was fragile it scratched when dropped and battery door would come
off. The Verizon reps I have spoken to told me they are getting a lot
of returns on the Q and is part of the reason they recently lowered the
price.
