Anybody out there know when the northern part of Wisconsin will be switching
on EVDO?

No idea, but I don't believe that most of Northern Wisconsin is native
Verizon. So, you should ask the appropriate provider.

The Wolverines are in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Wisconsin is being discussed here.

Correct, when in northern WI you roam on CellCom and USCC for the southern
part that is not covered. Milwaukee and parts of Madison area already
switched and I was trying to find out when they will finish the job. I heard
that they only have so long to do it though due to a contract with the NFL?
