Default Got a "***" call from VZW today.

VZW called (yes, it was a REAL VZW call, I checked) with an urgent
alert that I or someone had changed my password on my account and if it
wasn't me, I needed to contact them.

They said the password was changed in July, today is October 17th!

I called CS and told the guy when negotiating all the options they
needed to add "***" to "Pay my bill", etc.

When I told him what had happened he agreed I had a legitimate "***"
question but couldn't offer any explanation why the alert was 3 - 4
months late.....

I see the feds are trying to make the wireless providers alert folks
when they exceed their usage plans, how much good is an alert 3 - 4
months after the fact?
