Default Help!

Is there anyway to exchange a phone with Verizon after a few months? I
upgraded from a Blackberry 8830 (wonferful device) to a Blackberry Storm a
few months back. I have been so unhappy with this piece of junk. Verizon
keeps promising an update to fix the many issues, but it never seems to
happen. Is there any way for me to get a different Blackberry/phone?

Thanks

Are the promises documented? Sometimes it pays to call, explain the
history and nicely ask.

If you're looking for assistance, do you think it might be a good idea to
put a clue to your question in the subject line?

Or is it better to just go with the self-absorbed and infantile cry you
used? Whatcha' say, Tylie-boi?
