Default help with media transfer

I just received my new Samsung alias 2 phone from Verizon wireless.
haven't set it up yet but I'm getting ready to. I see on the "please
read this first" sheet that I can move my media (ring tones
applications and games). It says to go to my Verizon, my services/my
media to get started, and that's that no other details, I haven't been
able to find out how to transfer it or if it can even be done. Any
help would be appreciated.

You have to set up a "my verizon account", then these services should be
listed on the home page
