Does anyone know how to un-lock the keypad on an LG chocolate.
The phone has service through Verizon.
Was bought in February.
Worked well until last week.
The keypad is somehow locked and I cannot navigate with the main touchpad at
all.
I can only use the number keys when the slide is open.
It is kept indoors and hasn't been dropped or gotten wet.
Verizon will not warrantee phone because it is more than 30 days old.
