LG Chocolate - Transfer phone numbers from Outlook 2003 address book?

I'd like to know if this is possible and if so, what's required.

I'd like to transfer names, phone numbers, perhaps even email address
from Microsoft Outlook 2003 to my new Chocolate.

On some (most?) Vz LG phones, it is possible to transfer data using
BitPim and either bluetooth or a USB cable. BitPim is free (google).
You might do a Google search on your choco.
