The Razr in all of its incarnations is a very good phone EXCEPT for the
keys on the outside of the phone. It is very difficult to open the phone
without pressing one of these keys unless you TRAIN yourself. When I was
last at the Vz kiosk at Circuit City, all three of the Vz reps admitted
that they hated the Razr for this very reason. IMO, the Moto i365 is a
very good alternative.
