LG VX8300 and Video

Either through Windows Media Player, Vcast Music Manager or any other
application, is it possible to sync a video file to a LG VX8300 phone? If
yes, what are the specifics?

yes. You have to convert the video to a 3G2/3GP file. You can then use
Bitpim (software) or get a USB SDCard reader and simply copy the videos
to your memory card.
