I think the problem is defining locked and "locked". Verizon
phones are not locked but they are "locked", see the difference?
As long as people keep thinking a phone that needs a modified seem
to download/upload stuff is "locked" we're going to continue to have
mis-communications. We need a FAQ or something to explain the
difference between what locked means and what some people think it
means.
Until then, I just ***-U-me anyone who asks about a locked Verizon
phone needs to be directed to Howard Forums.
