Default Mobile Internet Card

I know this is the Verizon Newsgroup but people with other cell services
also read
here so, like me who has Verizon cell service but think their $60 a month
data svc
is outrages and it's not as fast as Sprint, went another route. So here is
what I did.

I just picked up a new Sprint Novatel U727 USB card. It works great. I had
checked the internet and my local Sprint store and the best they could do
for me
was $60 unlimited access and had to buy the card.

I have a friend that works at a radio shop and he got me the card for free
and $45 a month unlimited access.

He told me that he can do it for anyone anywhere at that same price. He
can also get the mobile PDA deal for $91 unlimited. The PDA deal is
unlimited calls, roaming & long distance free, unlimited data with email,
web,
txt msg, caller id and voice mail. All this usually goes for around $230.

If anyone is interested, call Bill Fowler at 702-429-5369. He's a real busy
guy so if you get his voice mail, leave a msg and he will call you back
ASAP.
Make sure you mention, in your msg, the call is about the special internet
card deal
so he knows what's doing on. You can even use my name so he knows more what
it's about. My name is Juan.

If you're wondering if you can change what you already have and get this
deal,
I don't know that. I don't work in that industry, I just know him and he
got me
a great deal on a new activation. All you can do is call and ask him those
questions.

This is great. I should have gotten this a long time ago.

I use my Sprint Pantech cardbuss data card in Sprint and Verizon areas
and the speeds are compatible for each of the services from that
particular cell tower. Its possible you are testing it in a Verizon 1xRT
(144 Kbps max) area and a Sprint EVDO Rev 0, A, or B (2.4-3.1-4.9 Mbsp)
area.
