Motorola H350

I've got a Motorola H350 bluetooth headset that I'm trying to use with
my RAZR V3m. I can place calls just fine with the headset, but when I
receive a call and press the button on the headset, I can hear the
caller but the caller cannot hear me. I've seen a couple of other
folks on this group with a similar problem, but I've yet to see a
resolution... Could it be that the headset itself is bad? My phone?
An incompatibility?

Actually, it turns out that if I answer the call, switch audio to the
phone and then switch back to the headset, it starts working and the
caller can hear me... Sounds like a strange problem, but I can't tell
if it's a symptom of these two devices together, or if something is
malfunctioning, or both. Anyone have a similar issue?

Very strange issue. Try removing the headset from the bluetooth setup
completely, reboot the phone, pair the headset, and see if the problem
cures itself. Otherwise, you might try the tech service at a VZ store,
or the kiosk at a Circuit City. Since the VZ reps use a variety of BT
headsets and phones, if it is a known problem they *might* know of a
solution.
