I think CS partially answered my questions, but I'd like to get some input
here. I am a regular reader here, and know a bit about voice phones, but
very little about PDA-type units.
I was given a used Moto Q phone AND a Verizon Blackberry in very nice shape.
My wife has been bothering me for a "Blackberry" TYPE phone. She'd like to
Web-browse and do e-mails, but the jury's still out on whether we want to
spend an additional $25-45 per month for the Data plan.
Would someone give me the Reader's Digest version of the answers to:
1/ Will VZW activate either or both of these phones on our existing
voice-only plan without any add-ons?
2/ What's the most economical way to get her e-mail access? I think she
could do without the Web, e-mail would be nice.
3/ If I'm wrong, and she'd rather have Web if offered the choice, is one
cheaper than the other?
4/ What will the Blackberry do that the Q won't, or vice-versa?
THANKS,
Dean
