Look in your instruction book!

If you have lost your instruction book or cannot read it you could at
least tell us what model phone you have.

If you have Motorola Phone Tools, it's as simple as calling up the
program, connecting your phone to your computer with a USB cable, and
editing your contacts.

Some phones have a "master reset" code that you can enter which MAY do
what you need.
