Default Prorated ETF available yet?

I seem to recall that Verizon was going to be offering its customers the
ability to get a prorated ETF as part of their contract [so the ETF will
shrink as they approach the end of their contract]. Have they started
offering this with new plans yet?

I am just curious. I have had excellent results with Verizon (in spite of the
fact that I am using an all-digital phone) and have no plans to switch
providers over the next several years.
