The Subject line asks it all: for Page Plus data usage accounting
(on their My Account "Call Records" page, there are lines like
NUMBER MINUTES TIME OF CALL CALL DATE PRE BALANCE POST BALANCE DESCRIPTION
munged-no 240 01:40 AM EST Dec. 21, 2011 7.80 7.79 Data (Data Usage)
munged-no 1440 01:09 AM EST Dec. 20, 2011 8.35 7.80 Data (Data Usage)
Clearly what's labeled "minutes" isn't literally minutes (nor seconds);
can't be just Bytes either -- is it Kbytes? Kbits? other? Anyone know?
TIA; and cheers, -- tlvp

Could it be 2.40 and 14.40 minutes?

Could it? "Minutes" means "hundredths of a minute"? Why would they want
to measure data in "hundredths of a minute"? Question is still open :-) .

I've never spoken to anyone who knows the answer to this. My best guess is
that it is simply the number of minutes that the data path is open --
whether used or not. From what I have seen on my set-up, it has nothing
whatsoever to do with the actual KB/MB of data used...
