If you got water in it, your only hope is to remove the battery and
case (if applicable) and let it air dry 48-72 hours before
reconnecting the battery and using again.

Try to do it in a warm dry room. I mean quite warm, I use my boiler room to
dry stuff out......and give it a good day or two before firing it back up
again. I'd bet you have a better than even chance of "repairing" the phone
that way.

Your 276 is probably more than a year old, so warranty isn't likely an
issue. It's pretty widely known that Verizon uses a "moisture indicator"
which changes color from white to, IIRC, red. Change of color voids the
warranty. Apparently the thing is so sensitive it will change color if you
LOOK at a PICTURE of water. Quite a few people have reported a color change
after working up a good sweat with the phone in their pockets.

But, as I said, if your phone is over a year old, the warranty is a
non-issue anyway.
