Well... we've only heard one side of the story. But I'd start
with BBB cc'ing VZW. Have you tried US mail to the corporate
offices? at least email? Or did you just deal with a first line
supervisor on the phone? So, BBB and If you paid with a CC
you could dispute the bill through them as well. BBB usually
doesn't do anything but they do contact the company with your
complaint and require that they respond. Companies usually
pay attention and do respond. BBB doesn't usually get you anything
but they do usually get you the proper consideration so you know
you got a real response .
