Do you have any reason to believe that the two phones use compatible
file formats? The available evidence suggests that they are not!

If you can lay hands on a version of Motorola Phone Tools that supports
the KRZR you should be able to transfer your contacts from MicroSoft
Outlook to your phone or from your phone to Outlook. If you don't have
Outlook, at least you can type them in on a real keyboard.

You need Phone Tools V4.5xx (don't know what the xx should be but the
later the version the better!)

Don't be fooled by people dumping V4.0! There are lot of copies of
V4.0 being sold very cheaply on Amazon and, perhaps, elsewhere. There's
a reason why and that reason is that it doesn't work on newer phones
such as the RAZR and KRZR.
