Don't know about that but for state employees of Georgia you can get a
<small> discount but it means that the ETF becomes mandatory no matter
when you close the account. In other words you pay the 175.00 or
whatever it is to terminate the service even if you keep your contract
to its end. It's in the fine print. <smile>
