Speaker phone car kit

I'm wanting to get a speaker phone kit for my car to use with a Moto Razr
V3m. I'm wondering if anyone has used the inexpensive wired kits that plug
into the cigarette lighter? I see that BT speaker phones are available, but
I've had such bad luck with BT headsets that I'd rather try a wired solution
if any are recommended. Suggestions appreciated...
