Transfer of Video and MP3s to LG-VX8300

Hi group. How can I transfer vids and mp3s to this phone. How do I convert a
wmv or avi file for use? How can I transfer mp3s or wma's? What does sync
mean and how is it used? I have a SanDisk microSD/transflash adapter and
the phone has a 1GB miniSD card. I also bought the Datapilot cabla nd
transfer software. All help appreciated. maven

For the video part, I got quicktime pro.. Lets me both convert stuff for the
phone, and converts the phone photo stuff to see on the networked pc's (i
have a huge 330gb network storage device, and keep all photos and movies on
there, so I can view/transfer/convert/etc for laptops/phones/pda's/tivo/etc)
