Is there anyway to get pics from an email to my phone 2 use as a wallpaper?

Assuming you're with VZW you can forward the email to your phone using
"mobilenumber@vzwpix.com" as your email address, then save the picture to
the phone or card, then click on it and under options choose it as wallpaper
