Default V9m Motorola Phone Tools and Calendar

I have been trying to use Motorola Phone Tools with my new V9m and
Verizon. I know that Verizon blocks the Multimedia Studio - but I can
also not access the Calendar. And bitpim has not added the V9m yet -
at least I can't get it to work.

Anyone offer any solutions?

Thanks

Google is your friend, learn to use it.

Been there. Done that.

Still not MPT access to Multimedia Studio.

Did discover that while bitpim does not detect the V9m - indicates no
phone detected - I am able to access the file system, to no avail.
everything in the phone memory that I try to access tells me that
Verizon has locked that folder.

So, does anyone have any real advice - or is it Verizon that prevents
all that I have asked for in my first post?

Verizon's not the only one. My E815 went tits up and I got a new
Moto ROKR today so I could Bluetooth DUN to Alltel's internet
from my Nokia N800 internet tablet when wifi wasn't available.
Alltel has followed VZW's lead and turned off ALL Bluetooth
profiles except headsets and handsfree in all new phones. I
tried 3 new phones in the last 2 days.

Alltel will ONLY allow connections through the same kind of
hobbling up software Verizon uses to limit how a laptop connects
with it. You have to install this "internet kit" to get access
through a cable ONLY.

I hope they all rot in hell....

Time to join the wacky world of GSM, Larry- where you can buy any
uncrippled phone you choose, stick in your SIM card, and bring it on the
network without your carrier's intervention.

Nope...problem solved. Stumbled upon the solution today.
Connected N800 file manager to Moto ROKR Z6M via BT FTP.
ROKR woke up and started allowing DUN to net!

Don't ask me how it works.....??? Alltel told me it couldn't be
done....????

Once the ROKR allowed that first DUN connect...it's running like
a scared rabbit! Streaming runs HOT!

Axcess TV's cable channels also come in without balking, but the
picture won't do LANDSCAPE FULL SCREEN, dammit, so it's tiny.
Now I have another company to HOUND TO DEATH. If the camera
software on the ROKR can do widescreen landscape....MOBITV CAN
TOO!
