Verizon beats Cingular in new subscribers by more than a 2 to 1 margin.

Verizon added 2.1 million contract customers in 4Q2006, while Cingular
added only 861,000 in the same quarter.

Still Cingular did better than Sprint, which lost 306,000 customers.
