Is Verizon blocking calls to the Conference Call Companies?

I read that Cingular is blocking calls to certain numbers, but it isn't
clear if other carriers are doing the same thing.

I have a voice chat (partyline) number (non-porno) that I have called
without being blocked by Verizon.

I use my VZW phone for weekly conference calls with a conference service
with no problems.
