Default Verizon Paper Bill

I received my first full month paper bill. It was a "Quick Bill Summary",
instead of a full bill showing the detail call list. When I call Verizon
about this, I was told I would have to pay an additional $1.99 / month if I
wanted the full bill by mail. Having come over from AT&T, I was surprised by
this. I looks like I will have to get the call detail online if I want to
see it, or pay $1.99 to get it in paper form. Is this the way it really
works, or was I given wrong information from the Verizon Rep? Thanks,
Charles Ranheim

The info is correct. However, it is very easy to get the detailed bill
on-line. And... it is in PDF format so you can easily print it out if you
choose.

You can save the $2 and get the short bill by mail, and then just log into
the website and see the entire fully detailed bill for free.

Or you can download it to a spreadsheet, which is even more useful.
