Exactly, especially the one poster with the permanent black cloud over
I mentioned this before but I had an issue and went into the VZW store.
I was going on a trip the next morning. The person before me was giving
the CS person a really hard time ranting about how rotten the company
was etc. She was polite but he got the bare minimum of what she could
do. It was my turn and I politely described what I needed. She said
"there is a fee for that". I smiled and she did her thing and handed me
a phone and the 2 ft long receipt reported the charge was $0.00 . She
said "I waived the charge..."
