Total Recorder, I think he means:
http://www.totalrecorder.com/ (formerly
http://www.highcriteria.com/)
Great program, records anything sent through any windows sound card in
either direction.
I cannot get it to record audio redirected through the conference created
by Voxlib's new software, which has its own special audio drivers,
however. I wanted to record my Voxlib calls made from the cellphone, but
can't get Voxlib's audio drivers to route the data through the Total
Recorder proxy server. Voxlib (
www.voxlib.com) is remote access and
conferencing for Skype. Its audio driver is secondary to the main
Windows audio driver, including Total Recorder. Even if Voxlib is
running, intercepting Skype's audio and interfacing it with Skype
conferences, the main PC audio board Total Recorder is proxied to/from
still works for all other software. You can watch the movie and be on
Voxlib simultaneously without interference.....but Total Recorder never
sees it.
I've contacted High Criteria about an upgrade....(c; Total Recorder is
well worth the pittance to buy it.
