VZW Navigator Upgrade

Am I behind on this? I found an upgrade for VZW Navigator last night.
You can now send a TXT to someone with directions to where you'll
meet etc. New look, more voices and now a "truck" option for vehicle
type. Not bad. Oh, new themes too....

I am in NYC and do not see the upgrade available here.

I got the Nav upgrade today
