Depends on how well you can pick up writing onscreen with a stylus
(various "virtual" keyboard or transcribing Windoze CE/Mobile options).
I went from using Palms and Graffiti 1 and 2 for some years to the WM
onscreen input with a XV6700 (predecessor to the 6800 that seems to be
the keyboarded version of the 6900), and was surprised that the
transcriber was even easier to use than Graiffiti - hardly ever bothered
with the 6700's slide-out cramped little keyboard (with added stupidity
of QWERTY layout - pet peeve of mine is that if I have to learn how to
type from scratch with my thumbs, why not an efficient layout like
Dvorak??? Arrgghhh...).
YMMV, so find one in a VZW store, and play with it for a while (nice
quiet week nights are best ;-)
FWIW,
