Default 1 or 2 sticks of Memory?

Does it matter speedwise if i buy 1 stick of 1GB og 2 of 512MB ??

Yes, but we'd need to know the motherboard to elaborate.
Some chipsets do dual channel with two sticks.

It is dual channel, so 2 x 512MB will work best. PDF page
20 of the manual shows slot1+slot2 or you can use slot3+slot4
for the two DIMMs.

Excellent. I would have bought just one stick of 1GB so i am glad i asked. I
am even more pleased that Kony and Paul took the time to tell me what would
