ASROCK UPgarder

ok i got a ASROCK mb K8Upgrade-VM800 & i have just went out a get the upgrade card

ASRock Motherboard - Product - K8Upgrade-VM800 - Overview

ASRock AM2CPU Board (S939 To AM2)

Any clue on what Processor
i was thinking
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ Toledo 2.2GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket 939 Processor - OEM

AsRock home page say that they are compatable with ( AMD Athlon 64FX/ 64X2/ 64 and Sempron processors ) & with that last bios update suppst to be 4600+ but i have been reading alot of reviews & problems with anything over 4200+ & im by far not pc pro so im trying to find the safest bet
