Google will find you several routines for cleaning the interior
of a PC. Basic requirements are:
-- electricity disconnected and any static charge grounded;
-- vacuum cleaner and "canned air." You keep the vacuum
nozzle outside the case and blow grime out of the case with
canned air.

You need to pick up some canned air. Walmart or best buy would have it.
Make sure your pc has cooled down since the air can be cold and you
could damage your heatsink. Open the case and start at the top and spray
short bursts like you're spray painting your way to the bottom. Don't
spray too hard or moisture will come out. Make sure you spray the fan's.
Once you've got the dust out you can wipe up the excess on the bottom
with a rag. Also check to see if you have vent in the front of the case
it can get clogged and prevent proper ventilation. You can also use the
air on your keyboard. If you play alot of games that strain your CPU/GPU
you might want to get an after market fan.

I would leave the PC plugged in, that way it is earthed (grounded). Then
carefully vacuum away dust. Try not to touch anything with the hoover
nozzle, as it can discharge static, but make sure you touch it against the
grounded case first, then it should be fine.

Kinda figured you were a gamer with a user name of* PcGAmeR22*. The last
can I bought was around $7 at Walmart. It has an attachment for getting
into all of the nooks and crannies so you shouldn't have to remove the
CPU fan.

I would check on getting a better fan. I get most of my stuff from New
Egg these days.

But you should be able to find them locally. Used to get my parts from
Fry's but I moved and the closest one to me is 90 miles away.

Just make sure you get the right size.
